The design was very good, with John being very flexible with my changes and his knowledge of all the new appliances was very helpful indeed. His team did a great job with all the difficult installation aspects being handled very skillfully. It was also notable how well each of the tradesmen worked with each other and how well John interacted with them, making sure everything worked out. The only issue we had was that some of the kitchen was delivered damaged but John quickly got the new parts delivered and reorganised the workmen to minimise the delay for us.
